2 Registration
2.1 If you wish to register with us to take advantage of our Quick Quote service and you have not already done so, you should complete the Registration Form giving a user ID and password, which should be kept secure at all times, after which you will become a Customer. Registration will enable you to have your details retained in our database for future convenience and to obtain quotes for services. Non-Customers may still browse the Web Site.
2.2 The details provided by you on Registration are important and you confirm and undertake that all such information is true, correct and complete in all respects. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes that are relevant to your registration and to update your details on this site by clicking on Update Details or informing us (click on contact us )
3 Customers
3.1 As a Customer, you will be eligible to receive our regular free e-bulletins, details of special offers, promotions and benefits from time to time (please tick the opt-in box when you accept these terms and conditions). You can change your mind at any time by clicking on Update Details or by informing us (click on contact us ) .
4 The Data
4.1 The “Data” means the information disclosed to you on or via this Web Site the provision of which are subject to these Terms.
4.2 We reserve the right to make changes in the delivery and specification of the Data, which are required to conform to the terms of our licences and with any applicable UK or EC statutory requirements.
5 Quick Quote
5.1 One you become a Customer, you will be able to make use of our Quick Quote system, which will enable you to obtain quotes from suppliers affiliated to us (the “Suppliers”).
5.2 When using Quick Quote you must insert all required information in the boxes provided, after which Suppliers will be invited to provide an estimate (the “Quote”). All Quotes received will be transmitted to you within [ ] days and you will be able to accept your preferred quote. Only at that time will your contact information be given to the successful Supplier who will contact you for further information and at which point our involvement in the process will cease.
5.3 You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any details submitted by you to Quick Quote , and to obtain confirmation about the accuracy of details submitted by Suppliers to you.
5.4 Details of your quotes with Suppliers may be accessed direct on this website and you can access these details through Order History .
5.5 We do not take any payment from you – all financial arrangements are strictly between you and the Supplier.
6 Your Personal Information
6.1 We will respect all personal information obtained and undertake to comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation currently in force in respect of the personal information supplied by individuals, which we may process. Please also refer to our Privacy & Security Policy .
6.2 You agree that:
6.2.1 We may use your personal information for administration and marketing;
6.2.2 We may from time to time share your information with Suppliers, agents, service providers and other carefully selected third parties;
6.2.3 We may contact you from time to time about the provision of Data and services which may be of interest to you; and
6.3 You have the right to apply for a copy of your information (for which a £10 fee may be charged), and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
6.4 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep your personal details secure, but, unless we act negligently, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
6.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and your chosen password. As a result, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under them. Please note that where there is more than one concurrent use of the user ID and password, these will be automatically cancelled by the system and you will receive an email, which will assist you to re-activate the account. You have an obligation to contact us immediately of any unauthorised use to which you became aware.
7 Right to use the Data

8 Warranties and Liability
8.1 This Web Site is currently restricted to the delivery of Data to Customers in the UK mainland only.
8.2 Subject to the terms of the licences, we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the Data but do not warrant the completeness or accuracy or error free nature of it, or that the information and Data obtained from the Web Site will be fit for your particular purpose, or in any way give any warranty or representation as to the suitability of Suppliers.
8.3 We do not represent or warrant that you will have unlimited uninterrupted access to the Data nor that errors in the Data will be rectified.
8.4 We do not accept any liability for any losses incurred by you or any third party as a result of your or their reliance on the Data or the Suppliers. We will not be liable for any loss of actual or anticipated profits or savings, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss or corruption of Data, loss of contracts, or for any indirect or consequential loss, whether arising from negligence or breach of contract.
8.5 Subject as expressly provided in these Terms, all warranties, conditions or other Terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.6 We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the Data or the Suppliers, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
9 Termination
9.1 We reserve the right to terminate the contract as set out in these Terms, by notice to you sent via e-mail, fax or by letter addressed to you as set out in your registration details. Termination will occur at the time we transmit the message or post the letter.
9.2 You may terminate your registration with us by clicking on the Unsubscribe link or writing to us at the above address. We will retain your details in Order History for six months following termination of your account, following which they shall be deleted.
10 Miscellaneous
10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous agreement. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10.2 Any communication sent electronically by e-mail or otherwise:
10.2.1 will be deemed to have been sent once it enters a system for generating, sending, receiving, storing or otherwise processing electronic communications (‘Information System');
10.2.2 will be deemed to have been received by you at the time that in a readable form it enters an Information System which is capable of access by you;
10.2.3 will be deemed have been despatched in the case of a business at its principal place of business and in the case of an individual where he or she ordinarily resides; and

10.3 You must not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms or any related order for Data to any third party unless agreed upon in writing by us.

2 Registration
2.1 If you wish to register with us to become a Supplier with our Quick Quote service and you have not already done so, you should complete the Supplier Registration Form giving a user ID and password, which should be kept secure at all times. Registration will enable you to have your details retained in our database and made available to Customers of the website.
2.2 You warrant that all information you supply to us and to our Customers is true, correct and complete in all respects and contains no misrepresentations.
3 The Supplier Data
3.1 The “Supplier Data” means the information disclosed by you when registering for Quick Quote , the use of which are subject to these Terms.
4 Quick Quote
4.1 Once you have registered to become a Supplier, you will be able to take advantage of our Quick Quote system, which will enable you to receive enquiries from users who have registered with us (“Customers”).
4.2 You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any details submitted by you to Customers.
4.3 Details of your quotes or final agreements with Customers may be accessed direct on this website and you can access these details through Supplier's Order History .
4.4 Upon receiving a request for a quote from a Customer you have 24 hours to respond with an estimate for the work to be carried out, based on the information given (the “Quote”), failing which you will be unable to tender for the work.
4.5 Once the Customer accepts your Quote, you will be contacted within 24 hours of the acceptance being notified to us. We will also contact you if your Quote is unsuccessful.
4.6 Once you have been advised that your Quote is successful, and you agree to provide the services required, the Customer's personal details will be sent to you and you will be responsible for confirming the accuracy of these details.

5 Payment
5.1 Upon receipt of the details of the work to be quoted for, should you decide to proceed to Quote, you shall pay us the sum of £25 (the “Commission”) which shall be paid at the end of each month upon receipt of our invoice. All prices are subject to Value Added Tax.
5.2 We reserves the right, by giving notice to you at any time, to increase the price of the Commission Any such increase in price shall be intimated to you by email and you shall have a period of five working days to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your registration or whether you wish to terminate this Agreement. Your failure to reply to our said intimation will be deemed to be acceptance of the price increase.
5.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and your chosen password. As a result, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under them. You must contact us immediately to advise us of any unauthorised use of which you become aware.
5.4 Should you fail to make payment within 30 days of the date of the invoice, we will be entitled to charge you interest at a rate of 4% above the base lending rate of the Royal Bank of Scotland plc from time to time, and to terminate this Agreement.
6 Right to use the Data
6.1 Users of the Web Site are entitled to access the Data and to download it onto electronic, magnetic, optical or similar storage media provided that such activities are for private research, study or in-house use for non-commercial purposes only.
