We charge you absolutely nothing. We are paid a fee from the broker or lender, not you. The broker or lender may charge a fee, but this will be made very clear to you by them.
Can you guarantee I will get funding?
We can ' t guarantee it. But we guarantee to do the utmost to ensure that you do get finance for the project, we don ' t get paid anything unless we find you the right deal and choose to go ahead.
Can I self-certify?
Yes, we have associates who will allow clients to self-certify their income.
Are you able to finance Commercial projects?
Absolutely, if you can build or renovate it, we can find the funding for it.
